Occasionally, practice or business groups need to strategically deliver content to their audiences more directly than the firm website can offer. A targeted email campaign, or perhaps a well-designed microsite, make it simple to develop and deliver your content to the right audience.

 

External Microsite: Dinsmore on FCA

In 2016, as the False Claims Act Litigation practice grew, they needed a new vehicle to showcase their articles and case insights. Marketing branded and developed a targeted microsite "Dinsmore on FCA." The site features high-impact graphics to call attention to our news and analysis on the False Claims Act. Although not a true legal blog, The site is refreshed as soon as new content is published and is promoted through the many client alerts sent by the firm.

Internal Tools: DXToolkit

DXToolkit is a web-based directory designed to provide our attorneys with a deeper understanding of your colleagues, their specific areas of expertise and clients for whom they serve. As you navigate the site, each of the firm's practice areas features a series of questions that will help you to assess your client's or prospect's legal needs. You also have access to valuable information from each practice area to aid you in cross-marketing Dinsmore’s growing legal services.

 

Please be aware that DXToolkit is for internal use only. When you are working from your office and logged into the network, the site is readily accessible. Accessing the site outside of the offices requires you to enter your network credentials

 

 

 

Targeted Campaigns can inform clients or strategically position your practice

Targeted email campaigns can hep you to reach a finite audience, such as your client list, to announce an office move or new attorneys joining your practice. They can also be useful to promote a big win in your practice, an upcoming event, a poll/ survey, or any number of marketing messages that would help to position you, or the firm, in a positive light. Best of all, these e-campaigns draw the audience right to a designated page(s) of the website. Plus we're able to track reader behaviors to help us fine-tune messaging and provide metrics for possible business development opportunities.

Dinsmore pushes out the content only to the person(s) you choose to see it. You can also follow up with more in-depth materials as needed.
