InterAction® is the firm’s client relationship management (CRM) tool which allows information regarding people, companies, relationships, experience and expertise to be aggregated into a centralized database. It is a tool utilized by attorneys, secretaries and paralegals in which contacts can be added/created, edited and viewed.

  • All firm contacts are stored in a central database
  • Information is shared
  • Identifies relationships between contacts and firm personnel

An attorney’s assistant is usually proxied to the attorney’s InterAction® contact database giving the assistant access to their contacts with the ability to add, create or edit as necessary on behalf of the attorney. Attorneys will receive basic training on how to enter and retrieve contact information. Assistants will be primarily responsible for entering contacts into the system. Our database coordinator will reach out to you within the next two weeks with further instructions.

You can also sync InterAction® with your Outlook contacts and your mobile device. Depending on where you create your contact it goes in this order:

 

Things to keep in mind...

  • Only individuals — not companies — should be linked to mailing lists.
  • All Marketing materials are sent electronically. Contact information must include a valid e-mail address.
  • Private or unresolved contacts cannot be exported from InterAction for e-mailing. You must resolve or promote these contacts into the firm collection before linking to a mailing list.
